Syinagul is 59 and married with seven children. She has a high school education and a great deal of work experience, having worked as a cook in a kindergarten, as an attendant in a boarding school, and as a salesperson in a store. In addition, she has been working in animal husbandry and agriculture since 1974. She has eight cows and 15 sheep on her farm as well as 3.47 hectares of land where she grows potatoes and clover for sale. Her monthly income is about 10,000 KGS.

With the goal of further increasing her head count of livestock, Syinagul has approached Bai Tushum Bank for a loan of 100,000 KGS to buy livestock for fattening and resale. She will put profits from the business into further developing it.
